In the past five years as a realtor I have participated in over 125 transactions. I have worked with everyone from first time home buyers to seasoned investors. My experience allows me to advise you of your options regardless of the situation.
Along with experience, education is an important part of providing excellent service as a Realtor. That's why I continually invest in programs to increase my knowledge. I have worked to attain multiple designations, including Accredited Buyers Representative, which is held by only 5% of Realtors nationwide as well as Certified Residential Specialist.

I have been directly involved in the real estate market since 1999.
My first foray was as an investor, buying and selling property many times. That experience has given me intimate knowledge of the buying and selling process from the consumer's point of view.
I draw on that experience as a licensed Realtor in assisting my clients and customers whether they are seasoned investors or first time home buyers. My experience combined with my commitment to quality and customer service will ensure that your real estate needs are met and exceeded.
